well id definitely say that you should get some more precise measurements of your intake. then go to a website with a calorie counter. but if you are trying to eat healthier, whole milk is not the best. but maybe you don't like any other milk, so id say just use it in moderation. make sure your apple juice isn't packed with lots of sugary things. you should definitely use whole wheat bread, the tomatoes and pickles are good. you could try part skim cheese to have a more healthier option. the peanut er is a good snack with the honey, good job! and the bread/cheese/mustard thing is good too. mustard is good for you, eat as much as you want! idk if you wanted a health lesson but i just like to help people :) just some tips if you wanted to look them over
