Pls help .... cheating girlfriend?

I accidentally stumbled upon one of my girlfriend's email to a guy she claims is her close friend. Most of the emails she sends ends with ''thinking of you''. Am I being a little paranoid or is it normal? when I confronted her, she just said it's just a platonic friendship. PLS Help!
