Is it illegal to hack/spy on someone?

Is it illegal for a husband to take apart his wife's laptop, run it to get all her pwords (windows, email, myspace, facebook), read all of her private email every other day for months or write a script on his home network so that any IMs she sends are pulled down so he can read them? We are getting a divorce. He took out my hard drive, read all my pwords, hacked into my computer, forwarded personal emails from my account to his. Is this a felony in AZ? Misdemeanor?
