wow , pedro really sounds like a nice guy and i think that is totally cute the relationship that you share ! the answer is yes , he likes you. im not sure if you are allowed to date or not but if you are and he asks you out and youre ready of course , i would say yes. it seems like you have alot in common and unless he does these exact same tricks on your best friend , he like you not her :D
