Is my goldfish happy?

maybe he forgot that he's a fish every 10 seconds and just lie there till he remember that he was born a fish 8 seconds later, and the cycle repeats. jk, I would just recommend you buy more fish, they don't cost much and since you have a lot of room in that tank like you said, buying him some pals shouldn't be a problem.
