I've read all of Stew Smiths stuff but i want more. Im going to ROTC first then the rangers. Im a senior in High School. I want to be the strongest. I want to be the one who can do the most reps. I want to be the fastest. I want to be the one who can go the farthest. Do you have a training idea for me. Im willing to put my whole life into this by eatting right and lifting/exerciseing twice a day.
