Would you say I'm getting bullied? Or just picked on?

Sounds like he likes you.Haha...he's trying to get your attention.He says lame things as an excuse to talk to you,he must talk to his friends about you,and he wants to get close to you so he whispers in your ear.It's pretty obvious.However,if you confront him(I would suggest looking at him next time he talks to you or "picks on you", and saying "Do you like me or something?Because you're like stalking and haring me.If you don't like me, then leave me alone." That will shut him up.) and he says he doesn't like you then report him for harment.
