2 methods for Concentration of aqueous sulphuric acid? using MgCO3 and NaOH?

could anyone explain to me two methods of determining the concentration of H2SO4,using the chemicals NaOH, magnesium carbonate and distilled water. value of sodium hydorxide is 0.1M and H2SO4 is approx 10M. i know one is titration but could anyone please help me with the other. help is very much appreciated!
