A good place to buy a catiel and a parkaeet?

i would say any place that hand feeds and takes alot of personal time with the babies. this makes them friendlier and more easily socialized. i got my atiel at a small family owned pet store in my area but local breeders can sometimes be a good place to look as well. stores like petco and pet smart are not as sociable with their birds and that can make them harder to socialize.
