yes hes obviously interested in you! haha. ask him for his number, and text him. but dont text repetidly like constantly, cuz he will get annoyed. as him what he likes and what he does in his free time. make small talk. get to know him. and once u guys become friends, like not good good friends, but like good enough for it not to be akward, tell him that you like him. and if he doesnt feel the same way back (but im pretty posotive he will) then continue on becoming better friends.
