I don't have enough moeney for Chi, so what can i use in my hair?

My hair is thick and long and really pretty, except there is one problem. It gets dry and less flowy. I need something cheap and that works all day that can give me a shiny, glossy, flowy, soft look that doesn't make it look oily. Any suggestions?
