I've heard rumors that eating too many complex carbs are bad for bodybuilding, is it true? I eat alot of complex carbs. Basically, my 6 hour meals have a TON of protein and alot of complex carbs too. It's composed of kidney beans, green peas, tuna, and i stick some brown rice in there. I usually eat it 1-2 hours before bed too. Is it bad for me to ingest this many complex carbs? I've heard they're required for building muscle but I don't know if I should be eating this much?
