Am I able to expand PCI slots?

Is there such thing? I keep getting a vague answer on google and I would like to know what I need to buy and the steps I take if there is that possibility. Basically I want the "Killer Xeno Pro" and the "Creative Sound Blaster® X-Fi™ Titanium High Definition 7.1 Audio". How can I have both?
