Are door bouncers allowed to treat people like this???

my friend used her sis ID and the bouncers sed no which was fair enuf an they shud hav just asked us to leave and we would have. However, 5 male bouncers surrounded us swearing, callin us the most disgustin names an i couldnt believe it as we were just calmly standing there. They called the police saying we were causing trouble and bein agressive. we are 3 young girls and it was so scarry havin them shout at us infront loads of ppl an wen they were callin my mate names she started 2 cry i stood up for her and calmly said 'look i understand that your only doin ur job an im not gettin involved but there is no need to personally attack her like that' i made sure i didnt raise my voice an honest i was so nice but she turned on me callin me a tramp sayin im ugly and threatened me. i am so upset as they treated us so unfairly makin out we wanted a fight wen we didnt. we are lovely girls who have been brought up with manners and there was no need 4 such a drama. it was horrible.
