I have been having some strange symptoms. can someone help me?

they are: a tight feeling in my neck, (along my carotids), a heavy head, dizziness, clumsiness, feeling foggy, pulsing sensations in my neck and ears, trembling, and a few hard palpitations mixed in. the tightness in my neck and felling dizzy and light-headed, like i am going to faint gets worse when i am chewing (weird huh) and better when i lay down. i have stage 1 hypertension, and i have a home bp monitor. i have been taking my bp when this happens and its not terribly irregular, so i ruled out low bp to be the cause i guess. it's very scary, sorry for rambling, PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME :( thank you
