Is there an orthodontist in the NY city area that will continue work that has already begun?

I am an adult male, and I had ceramic braces put on in Colombia,South America. I would like to know if there is an orthodontist in the Bronx, NY area that will continue the work that someone else has started ? and how much will it cost $$$ ? Thanks, sincerely Fernando
