Please help, i think i need counciling [or something]?

Hey, you seem in a lot of pain. Just take a deep breath girl. It's ok. It may not be right now but I can help. Have you talked to your counceler, mom, or an adult you trust? If you haven't that would help. Maybe sit down and talk to a friend you really trust and know they're going to listen. Just think about it. You have one life to live so live it the way you way you want. If your feeling bad about something, open up and spill it out to some one you trust or matbe even your pillow :D! Write it in a journal because if you let it out you will feel the weight lift off your chest. Instead of thinking about it, try thinking of something that makes you happy or do something that makes you happy. Everything will be okay. Don't worry! Try talking to some one. Good luck! :) P.S.
